Return policy

At MMJ Enterprise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns process is simple and designed to ensure your experience is hassle-free.

1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from our return policy:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or any other items that have a limited shelf life).
  • Unsealed hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items).

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate the Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@mmjenterprise.co.uk  to request a return.
    • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  3. Package the Item:
    • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, along with any accessories, instructions, or free gifts that came with it.
  4. Send the Item Back:
    • Ship the returned item to the provided address using a tracked and insured service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mmjenterprise.co.uk  within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Refunds for Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or not as described.

9. Late Returns

If you return an item after the 14-day period, we may not be able to process the return. However, we will still review your case on a case-by-case basis.
